China-US Venture Capitalist and High-tech Entrepreneur Exchange and Cooperation Program
 
 



As a highly developed market, USA has unparalleled strength regarding to its venture capital operation system, legislation and even market-orientated entrepreneurs; China is a country of the biggest population and biggest potential market in all aspects. It was proved and easy to predict huge cooperation opportunities between these two countries.

It is surveyed that it is a common anxiety in China business community to know its USA counterparts better in the terms of the financing, management, culture, legal environment as well as market exploitation. Moreover almost all American enterprises no matter they are industrial leading or SME are seriously interested to know the market and acknowledge the information relevant by all channel available.

As one of most effective channel serving the understanding of both Chinese and American business worlds, the program aims to its objectives as: - Providing an opportunity for Chinese venture capitalists, industrial elites to gain a better understanding of the American investment environment and the development of high-tech and venture capital industry.

- Providing a good opportunity for American counterparts to understand and learn more about China¡¯s investment environment, the characteristics of Chinese business elites, and China¡¯s investment projects.

- Exploring the possibilities of the collaboration between Chinese and American investors and industrial elites in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, tech-transfer, and others.

- Building up a business connection and friendships between American and Chinese business elites. All the participants from both sides are the managing roles of decision-making level with very successful business story behind them. From the date of 20th November 2004 to 6th December 2004, the program will bring most renowned Chinese entrepreneurs and their American counterparts together; they represent a diverse industrial background delegates. All the participants will participant in topic-orientated conference, roundtable meeting and specially designed company visiting. It is firmly believed that the program can help both sides with heavily harvest that they expect.
