The World SME Expo will be held from November 21 till November 23 in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The World SME Expo is a topnotch one-stop exposition of SME service providers organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council(TDC). Ever since its debut in 2004, the World SME Expo have well supported and recognized by local and overseas SME and business organizations. In 2004, it has attracted a total of over 28,000 visitors including SMEs from both Hong Kong and Mainland China and about 370 trade support service providers, industry associations, government departments, consulates, trade and investment promotion organizations f joined together to offer a wide range of SME-focused services. With companies gathering here from all over the world, it provided a platform for notable international enterprises and business organizations to gather together to share their insights and experiences.

　　There will over 1000 foreign trade organizations and private enterprises from Hong Kong, China's major provinces and municipalities and overseas countries seeking for funds and business partnership; at the same time, more than 300 trade support service providers, trade and investment promotion organizations, VC institutions, consulates, delegations and industry associations etc, and up to 30,000 visitors are expected to participate in this event.

　　The World SME Expo 2005 has also incorporated a session titled “Outstanding Mainland Companies Financing Promotion Conference”, which is jointly organized by Hong Kong Venture Capital Association (HKVCA), “China Venture Capital Association” and “China Venture Capital Research Institute”. The Expo is scheduled to be held at No.1 Exhibition Hall in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 15：30-18：30 on Monday November 21, 2005. There will be on-site Outstanding Mainland Companies Financing Roadshow and tea break to offer further cooperation opportunities between entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.

　　In this exposition, delegations from VC institutions from both China and overseas will be invited to participate in the negotiations (free register) to exchange ideas and establish business relationship with outstanding start-up company representatives, project owners and other VC institutions.
