Jong-Tsong,
Chiang
¡¡ Prof. Chiang is interested in network economics and
a variety of network industries. He also studies high-
and new-tech entrepreneurship and investment and applies
the relevant disciplines particularly in network business
models concerning platform, gateway, franchise, and
last miles. Previously he practiced business and did
research in Taiwan, Japan, and Austria for ten years.
Chiang serves, among others, as a member of the advisory
board of the 40-year-old journal Technological Forecasting
and Social Change.
Yao-Zhong, Lu
¡¡¡¡Mr. Lu is General Manager of China Merchants &
Fortune Assets Management Ltd. He holds his Master degree
in electronics from USC and Master degree in Computer
Science from UC San Diego. Prior to his current position,
he was Executive Deputy General Manager of Chendu Science
& Technology Company, Vice General Manager of Dazhi
Electronics, Assistant Manager of Design in Silicon
Connections Corp. and Manager of CAD in Applied Micro
Circuits Corp.
Jen-Yuan, Chen
¡¡¡¡Graduated from National Taiwan University (MBA), Prof.
Chen undertook positions in Kaohsiung First University
of Technology including Deputy Director of Business
School, Prof. and director of Administration and Management
School, Dean of Financing Department. Prof. Chen is
also the manager of First Taiwan VC Inc.
Yi-Ren, Li
¡¡ Economics and Engineering Bachelor, MBA from Business
School of Stanford University. Mr. Li is Managing Director
of Hong Kong office of Olympus Capital Holdings Asia,
President of Asia-Pacific Resources Co., Ltd. Prior
to the positions, Mr. Li was Senior Advisor of McKinsey
US and Mckinsey Australia and investment General Manager
of AES China Generating Co. Ltd.
Kathy Xu
¡¡¡¡Ms. Xu graduated from Nanjing University with a Bachelor
of Arts Degree and was qualified as a UK Certified Public
Accountant. Ms. Xu currently is a Board Director of
China Venture Capital Association. Ms. Xu was previously
an Investment Manager of Peregrine Direct Investments
in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she was a senior auditor
of Price Waterhouse Hong Kong and a manager of Head
Office of Bank of China.
William Je
¡¡¡¡Mr. William Je is Managing Director of JC Premier
Group. He holds his MBA from University of Manchester
and has over 13 years of experiences in privatization,
corporate restructuring and advisory, corporate finance,
merger & acquisition, initial public offering and
private equity investment in China. Prior to Joining
JC Premier, William was Executive Director at Credit
Agricole Indosuez (CAI) and Vice President at NatWest
Markets, an Investment banking arm of National Westminister
Bank, U.K. He has been actively involved in the corporate
restructuring and project financing for China National
Petroleum Corp., Jilin Oil, Qinghai Aluminum, China
Airlines (Taiwan) and Beijing Datang Power.
Li-ren, Hu
¡¡¡¡Graduated from Accounting Department of National Chengchi
University, Mr. Hu has worked as General Manager of
Gains Investment Corporation, Assistant Vice General
Manager of Finance Department of China Steel Group.
Ci-fei, Xiao
¡¡¡¡Graduated from National Chengchi University of Taiwan,
Mr. Xiao holds his MBA and currently is Vice General
Manager of Eternal Chemical Company.
