彭先生拥有美国加州州立大学MBA学位。曾就职于中国建设银行，负责大中型项目的风险评估和融资方案设计。后加入法国里昂信贷银行任中国区公司金融部业务发展总监、资本市场部副总裁，积极推进该行的对华发展战略，成功地把这家当时的欧洲第一大银行的资本市场业务对接到中国，使其成为第一家涉足中国固定收益业务的欧洲银行。其间作为财政部的融资顾问，完成财政部10亿美元全球债和5亿马克欧洲债，以及中信集团公司1亿美元龙债的海外发行；此外还参与了几家中国企业海外上市前的融资。具有15年以上的金融业工作经验，对中国的金融市场和国际资本市场有着深刻的理解和领悟。
Peng Jigang (Jerry), Executive Director of Maple Valley Investments Ltd. Holder of the US MBA diploma from California State University. Ever worked for China Construction Bank in charge of large/medium sized project finance. Then joined Credit Lyonnais, the ever largest European Bank, as Director of BD for Corporate Finance, Vice President of Capital Market, participated in designing and executing the bank’s strategy in China, successfully introduced the capital market business of the bank into China, made the bank as the first European bank that involved in China’s Fixed Income business. During the post, as a financial advisor to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on behalf of the bank, completed the USD 1 billion Global Bond issuance and DM 500 million Euro-Bond issuance by MOF, and USD 100 million Dragon Bond issuance by CITIC. Besides, participated in overseas pre-IPO finance by several Chinese corporations. More than 15 years’ working experience in financial sector, deep understanding on China’s financial market and international capital markets.
