3.Q: What is the deadline for registration? A: Deadline for registration and online payment is March 31. If you miss the deadline, please call us before Apr. 10th to reserve your spot. You can pay by wire transfer, check or cash.
4.Q: How do I know I am confirmed for the forum? A: Please email or fax your remittance voucher and registration form to us after the payment has completed successfully. We will call you to confirm your registration information and then send you a confirmation letter via e-mail. Please print the confirmation letter and bring it with you to the forum. This letter will acts as your entrance ticket.
5.Q: What is my name badge at the event? A: We provide name badges for all attendees with registration confirmed by March 31. Your name, position and company name will be printed according to the information submitted.
6.Q: What should I do if I experience technical issues while registering? A: First, ensure you are accessing the registration page in a secure network environment. Next, refresh the registration page. Then, login to the system and register again. If you continue to experience technical difficulties, please contact us directly.
II. Benefits Q: What benefits will I have during the forum? A: Attendees will enjoy the following benefits: a. Two-day conference on April 11-12,2008 b. Enjoy free luncheon on April 11-12, 2008; c. Provided proceedings of the conference and other conference materials; d. Equipped with account and PIN numbers, download the addresses and contact information of participants after the forum;
e. One free tickets of US$1,000 for 2008CSIM on April 12-13, 2008;
f. A limited number of rooms at the Wuzhou National Guest House and have been reserved at a special rate for conference attendees, and all the attendees are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation expenses. The accommodation feel will be paid directly to the hotel when settle down.

2.Q: What is the discount policy?
A: a.20% discount (USD800) will be available for early bird registration by 1st February;
b. Discount is available for group registration of 3 attendees or more, please call us the detailed information.
3.Q: What should I do with the remittance voucher? A: Please fax or e-mail your remittance voucher and registration form to us after the payment. We will call you to confirm.
4. Q: When I receive an invoice for registration? A: When we receive your remittance voucher, we will e-mail the invoice to you wihtin three business days. Or you can draw the invoice at the registration reception desk on April 11-12.
5. Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: If for some reason you can no longer attend the conference, you can cancel your registration by March 31. Cancellations are subject to a USD50 handling fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made after March 31. If you have a substitute to attend the forum, please send us a note so we can update the registration information accordingly.
