International investors became more cautions on investing in GPs since the global financial crisis in 2008. However, China’s PE/VC market in a relatively stable development still has a strong appeal to international LPs in the world. What are the China-focused investment strategies of international LPs? What will be adjusted? To Chinese GPs, how to look out and seize opportunities of international LPs? And to Chinese LPs, how to draw on the matured operational experience of international LPs...

In this case, active communication between LPs & GPs becomes more and more necessary. 2010 International LP&GP Summit (Shanghai) will aggregate more than 1000 billion USD from global VC/PE industry, discuss the sustainable value-added ways of capital and gather 100+ LPs (including Security Fund, Pension Fund, FOF, etc.) from Europe, America, the Middle East , Asia and Mainland China, 100+ excellent GPs with extensive experience and outstanding performance.
