IN-DEPTH Real Estate, Stock Market and New Trend of China’s Future Economy |
|
At the moment that the global economic environment becomes increasingly complicated, the stable development of real estate plays a crucial part in the macro economy. The soaring housing price and its rapid speed has already been the most essential issue influencing the sustainability and stability of China’s real estate market, as well as caused serious social problems. Meantime, the stock market which is supposed to match with the real economy has become more confused under the recent macro-economic regulation. The launch of GEM and Stock Index Futures not only has aggravated the ups and downs of stock market but also has brought up more opportunities. In order to ensure the long-term stable economic development, real estate and stock market have been emphasized to be regulated.
Under such circumstances, how can be done to deal with the bubbles of China’s real estate? What is its future trend? Where will the barometer of economy- stock market go? What are those new tendencies to China future economic development under the combination of global complicated economic conditions and government’s proactive regulation? |
