Selected from more than 1,000
potential candidates, China’s 100 most outstanding
enterprises – from innovative projects and start-ups,
growth and expansions, to late-stage pre-IPOs,
restructurings, and buyouts – will be brought
directly to investors. Following a brief presentation
to investors, these entrepreneurs will be available
to meet with you face-to-face. The 100 selected
companies are involved in biotech and life-sciences,
clean-tech and new energies, TMT, software, consumer
goods, new materials, and a host of other industries. |

This
seminar is specially designed for international
PE or VC investors who are relatively new to China.
Experienced lawyers will conduct an in-depth seminar
on the legal issues that you may encounter when
you conduct PE/VC business in China. They will
also provide you with a number of tips on how
to overcome any legal difficulties that you may
face in China. Consultation is free of charge
during the seminar, so you are welcome to bring
your real problems. |
