Selected from more than 1,000 potential candidates, China’s 100 most outstanding enterprises – from innovative projects and start-ups, growth and expansions, to late-stage pre-IPOs, restructurings, and buyouts – will be brought directly to investors. Following a brief presentation to investors, these entrepreneurs will be available to meet with you face-to-face. The 100 selected companies are involved in biotech and life-sciences, clean-tech and new energies, TMT, software, consumer goods, new materials, and a host of other industries.

This seminar is specially designed for international PE or VC investors who are relatively new to China. Experienced lawyers will conduct an in-depth seminar on the legal issues that you may encounter when you conduct PE/VC business in China. They will also provide you with a number of tips on how to overcome any legal difficulties that you may face in China.
