陶匡淳是毕马威上海财务咨询服务及中国私募咨询服务主管合伙人。他在一九九零年加入毕马威加拿大，拥有加拿大特许会计师公会会员和加拿大特许商业价值评估师协会会员等专业资格。陶匡淳拥有十三年的咨询服务经验，专责为跨国公司和私募股权投资机构在华投资提供意见，近年来，他还为中国企业在国内外的收购合并活动提供咨询。

Honson is the head of financial advisory services and transaction services in Shanghai. He started his career with KPMG in Canada in 1990, where he obtained his Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator qualifications. Honson has spent the last 13 years advising multinational companies and private equity on their investments in China and, more recently, Chinese companies on their local and overseas mergers and acquisitions activities as well.
