Jack has extensive experience in assisting a number of Chinese enterprises in raising funds in Hong Kong and overseas stock exchanges. He has an in-depth knowledge on the different accounting standards, the business regulations in China and Hong Kong SAR and the listing requirements in China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, London and the US.
